Election of officers for 2008– Tim Tuck & Jim Bembanaste remain as President & Vice President, Stephanie Miles elected as Secretary, Matthew Weiss as Treasurer
4WDrive Hardware wants club roster for membership discounts, Vote postponed until specifics were determined – Will 4WParts sell information on list? Club decided that names and addresses would be sufficient for roster verification, but that email addresses would not be given to avoid spam. Motion to give only names and addresses passed.
Stuart Jeep Café discussion of trip to be planned
Jeep course near Universal in Orlando discussed
Newsletters discussed – quarterly for club events, printed for distribution
Dave agreed to mock up a layout
Stephanie agreed to compile information contributed by members for publication
Discussed having the same printer of Jeepfest flyers to print newsletters – would need to obtain cost and minimum number for production
